Memberships
Membership purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with your membership purchase, please contact us and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Donations
Donations made to NSDA are considered final and non-refundable unless a processing error occurred.
Merchandise Returns
Many NSDA products are made-to-order through third-party fulfillment providers.
Because of this, we typically only replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Contain printing defects
- Are incorrect items
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
Shipping
Orders may:
- Ship separately
- Arrive in multiple packages
- Have varying production and delivery timelines
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of NSDA’s control.
